We met with with the home inspector yesterday afternoon and everything went great! He said you would think new homes would not have much of a punch list, but more times than not, he turns in a list with 100-200 problems! CRAZY. That all made me very nervous until he wrapped up. I think Mike Holmes would be very proud of this guy's thoroughness. He found 3 or 4 minor things that can be fixed in 2 hours time. Our fence looks great and everything is really starting to come together!
